Under the My Account tab you find your Edit Profile link where you can change things like your password and email address.

Under the My Account tab you find your courses which you have enrolled. The can have the status ‘enrolled’,  ‘in progress’ or ‘completed’. Successfully completed courses have your certificate attached.

Every course requires you to sign in (or register if you are new) AND enroll in the course you’d like to take, so that the course can be assigned to your profile. They are separate processes and both are required to take a course. Best to access your course from the Account tab or click the Refresh/Reload website button in the top left corner.

Please check your spam folder. If the email is not there either, please get in contact with Stefan.

You have to be logged in and successfully completed the Resolving Differences e-learning. Then you see under the Membership Forum tab a link to access the forum.
